More than 12,500 participants from all continents, over 530 exhibitors from 38 countries, and meetings across the international defence and security community. Future Forces Exhibition & Forum 2026 has come to a close. We thank everyone who brought their technologies, expertise and questions to Prague, as we work together to find answers.
For three days, Future Forces Forum became a platform for dialogue between representatives of governments, armed and security forces, industry, research institutions and international organisations. The official opening ceremony was attended by the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel. The exhibition and accompanying expert programme provided opportunities for official delegation meetings, working sessions and face-to-face discussions directly alongside the technologies on display.
Across more than 23,000 m² in seven exhibition halls and outdoor exhibition areas, visitors had the opportunity to see world and national premieres, practical demonstrations and solutions addressing current defence and security needs. Expert conferences, panel discussions and NATO working group meetings connected operational experience with the development of new capabilities. Lessons learned from Ukraine, counter-unmanned aircraft systems, cybersecurity, and the resilience of both the state and society featured prominently throughout the programme.
An important part of the final day was a specialised programme for secondary school students, organised under the auspices of government authorities and the country's armed forces and emergency services.
On Saturday, 24 October, the expert programme was followed by the Defence and Security Day, open to the general public. Demonstrations by security and emergency services, displays of advanced technology and engaging lectures attracted thousands of visitors of all ages.
We believe that the contacts established and discussions held during this year's event will lead to concrete cooperation. A more detailed overview will be provided in the forthcoming final report.
